The web host Bitpalace simplifies terminations in the course of improved consumer protection and shortens the notice periods for all services.

The already short contract terms and simple termination options at the web host Bitpalace have been further improved. The notice period for all services has been shortened to just four weeks at the end of the month (for contracts that can be terminated monthly) or the end of the term (for annual contracts). Bitpalace has added a very easy-to-use, short online form to the previous termination channels, letter, e-mail and ticket system. In practice, this makes terminating a contract easier for consumers than setting up a new contract, as fewer work steps are required. Bitpalace does not see the provision of very simple, easily accessible termination options as a risk for the rapid loss of customers, but as a signal to its customers to be particularly consumer-friendly. Where other web hosts make it difficult for their customers to terminate contracts, Bitpalace creates transparency, clarity and easy access to the cancellation option.
